The Professional Development Committee (PDC) undertakes projects related to professional lactation education and development. The committee's goal is to facilitate excellence in professional education and continuing professional development with regard to breastfeeding and lactation. Committee members assist the ILCA Board of Directors in identifying education needs of the association. They also assist the Conference Program Committee in suggestions for conference speakers.
