Q: How do I register for the Conference?

A: Online registration is quick and easy! Or you can download the Registration Form (PDF, 2MB) and return your completed form to the Office by mail or fax. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember that registrations cannot be processed without payment.

Q: How much does it cost to attend the Conference?

A: The 2007 registration fees are listed on the Registration Form (PDF, 2MB).

Q: How do I receive the discounted prices for the Conference?

A: ILCA members receive significant discounts on their registration fees. You may join online or by downloading the membership application and returning to the ILCA Office. Please note that online applications take 2-3 business days for processing. Also, register by June 15th and save 15%!

Q: My employer has agreed to fund my attendance at the Conference. How do I register?

A. Every attendee is required to register for the Conference - either online or by sending in a copy of the Registration Form (PDF, 2MB). If you employer is sending a check or providing their credit card number, a copy of your registration form must accompany payment. No purchase orders will be accepted.

Q: I forgot my ILCA membership number and need this information to register online.

A: Your membership number is eight-digits, usually beginning with 3 or 4 zeros. If you have forgotten or misplaced your number, please send an email to info@ilca.org requesting this information.

Q: I joined ILCA online to receive the Conference discount, but my membership number is not working.

A: It takes 2-3 business days before online applications are processed and your account activated. If you continue to experience difficulty registering online with your eight-digit membership number, please send an email to info@ilca.org.

Q: What is included with Conference registration?

A. The following items are included with registration: Admission to general sessions; Participation in conference meal functions; Admission to the exhibit hall; Conference syllabus; and the Opportunity to earn continuing education credits. Additional optional events will also be offered at the Conference. Be sure to check out the Registration Brochure (PDF) and the Special Events section of the website.

Q: How many CERPs/hours can I obtain by attending the Conference?

A: A total of 26.75 CERPs/contact hours are available at the Conference. For detailed information, please see the Registration Information section of the website.

Q: How do I sign up to volunteer at the Conference?

A: You can make this selection during registration or by emailing natalieporterfield@ilca.org. Volunteers will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator, Kym Smythe, and will attend an orientation session either Tuesday, August 14 or Wednesday, August 15.

Q: What is the room rate at the Town and Country Resort?

A: There is a special discount for ILCA Conference attendees. The rate is US$158/single and US$168/double per night. Please be sure to use the link in the Hotel and Travel section of the website or mention this promotion when making your reservation over the telephone.

Q: How do I find a roommate for the Conference?

A: For attendees interested in finding a roommate for the 2006 Conference, please visit ILCA's Discussion Board.

Q: When will the Exhibit Hall be open?

Q: Is there space available for Committee Meetings?

A: Meeting space is reserved for committee, special interest group, affiliate group, focus group, and ad hoc meetings. Refer to the Conference agenda for times. Anyone who wishes to reserve a meeting room may contact Heather Sewell at heathersewell@ilca.org or 919-787-5181 ext. 257 no later than July 1, 2007.
