Please join us for a dinner reception at SeaWorld Nautical Pavilion! The cost is US$78 for adults and US$68 for children (ages 3-9). Children under 3 admitted at no charge. Ticket prices include round-trip transportation, admission to the park, and dinner.

Buses will begin loading outside the main lobby of the hotel at 3:30PM, to depart at 4:00PM. You will have free time to enjoy the park until 6:30PM. Dinner will be served from 6:30-8:00PM. Buses will begin loading at 9:00PM to return to the hotel, with the last departure at 10:00PM if you wish to visit the park a little longer. If you and/or your family members wish to participate, be sure to make this selection in your online registration or fill out the Optional Events portion on the registration form.

Note: Attendees of this event have two additional opportunities to visit the park on their own:

1. Visit the park the morning and/or afternoon on Wednesday, prior to attending the Special Event. This admission is including in the price of your special event ticket. This is a great option for people that are not going to the Wednesday pre-conference sessions. Please note you must arrange your own transportation to the park.
    
2. Purchase a "Fun Pass" upgrade on your special event ticket to visit the park once more during the week for US$18 for adults and US$17 for children. Can be used with the Family Activity/ Transportation offer below!

Conference attendees are invited to participate in a tour of a San Diego Hospital, at either the University of California San Diego Medical Center OR at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women. The UCSDMC tour will take participants through the Division of Women and Infant Services, including Labor and Delivery, Infant Special Care Center (NICU), Family Maternity Care and Birth Center. The tour through Sharp Mary Birch will be an overview of a hospital exclusively designed to provide for women's needs with a full-range of women's health care services that cover every stage of a woman's life. With over 8,000 babies delivered every year at SMB, the primary focus of women's health care at the hospital is for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and care of the newborn including neonatal intensive care. Tour groups will be taken through Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, the Donor Breastmilk Depot, Women's Acute and Perinatal Services Units, and the New Beginnings Boutique providing education and supplies for breastfeeding.

The tours will take place on Thursday, August 16th at 8:00AM and are limited to 25 people each on a first come first served basis. The cost of this event is US$25. Attendees will return to the Conference by 10:00AM. If you wish to participate, be sure to make this selection in your online registration or fill out the Optional Events portion on the registration form and send your registration early!

ILCA has arranged transportation to local attractions for your spouse and/or family to enjoy while you attend sessions. The round-trip transportation fee is US$25/person for each activity. We encourage you to sign them up for these activities when you register, or by emailing natalieporterfield@ilca.org, by August 1. Please note there may be a limited number of spots available for each activity. If you wish for your family to participate, be sure to make this selection in your online registration or fill out the Optional Events portion on the registration form.
