Discounted Registration Fees
In order to receive discounted Conference registration fees,
you must first become an ILCA Member. You may fill out the
membership application or join online. Please note that online
applications take 2-3 business days for processing before
activated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and
postmarked no later than July 1, 2007 for a full
refund, less a US$75 processing fee. Cancellations
postmarked between July 1, 2007 and August 1, 2007
will be eligible to receive a 50% refund. All
refunds will be made after the completion of the
Conference. No refunds will be given for
cancellations made after August 1, 2007. Mail,

Contact Hours
ILCA is a long-term provider of Continuing Education
Recognition Points (CERPs) with the International
Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners. ILCA is an
approved provider of continuing nursing education by
the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited
approver by the American Nurses Credentialing
Center's Commission on Accreditation. CERPs and
contact hours are based on a 60-minute unit. Rady
Children's Hospital-San Diego is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education to sponsor continuing medical education
for physicians. CME Credit: Rady Children's
Hospital-San Diego designates this educational
activity for a maximum of 26 AMA PRA Category 1
Credit(s)T. Physicians should only claim credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation
in the activity. American Academy of Physician
Assistants: Category 1 credit towards the AMA
Physician's Recognition Award. CA Nursing: The
California Board of Registered Nursing recognizes
the use of Category 1 Continuing Medical Education
credit toward credit for contact hours. Report "CMA
Category 1 Credit" ACCME Provider.
