JW Marriott Hotel Reservations*
Hotel reservations can be made by calling the JW Marriott directly at 866.882.4420 from the United States and Canada or 1.800.228.9290 from overseas. Please be sure to tell them that you are attending the ILCA Conference in order to receive the special US$189 single/double room discounted rate. This discounted rate will be given to ILCA registrants for room stays between July 15 and July 27, 2010. Reservations can also be made via the hotel’s secure website at www.jwsanantonio.com. The group code is LACLACA. Reservations must be made by June 28, 2010, in order to be eligible for the discounted room rate. Rooms are subject to availability.

The Hotel Resort Fee of $20 is waived for all ILCA attendees; however due to the Marriott Reservation system design, the Resort fee will show up in the Hotel’s E-mail Confirmation message. Please disregard the Resort Fee portion of the confirmation as the Resort Fee will not be charged in July for ILCA attendees.

Directions and Transportation
The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is located at 23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78261 approximately 12 miles North of the San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
Shuttle Reservations: To schedule a shuttle reservation, please call 210.281.9900 or visit their website at http://ltd10.hudsonltd.net/cgi-bin/sat1/res?USERIDENTRY=SAT&LOGON=GO. The rate is $35 one way/$65 round trip. Please select “JW Marriott - Hill Country” from the Hotel drop down box.
Car Rentals: For special Conference rates on car rentals, please contact Avis at 800.331.1600 and use ILCA’s Avis Worldwide Dis-count (AWD) number B159234, or go to http://tinyurl.com/ILCAAVIS, a site especially for ILCA Conference attendees. This discount is available 7 days before and 7 days after the Conference.
Parking: Self-serve (complimentary) and valet ($20) parking are both available at the JW Marriott.

IBLCE Exam Information
The JW Marriot will serve as an official 2010 IBLCE Examination site on Monday, July 26. Contact info@iblce.org for additional information. All Conference attendees planning to take the exam on Monday are invited to a free ILCA workshop on Sunday afternoon. The workshop will present test-taking tips and relaxation strategies to help exam candidates prepare for Monday.
