How to Access Your Free Continuing Education Credits as an ILCA Member
1. Sign In to the ILCA Website
To use all of the features of our website, especially those which are unique to our members, we require users to sign into our site. Once you are on our website, you may do that in the following way.

2. Access the Knowledge Center Page on the ILCA Website
At the top of each webpage, there is a menu with small arrows pointing downward. Once you are signed in, click on the arrow beside the word "LEARNING."
When you click on the small arrow beside the word "LEARNING," you will see a box drop down with additional options. Click on the top selection which says "Knowledge Center."
After clicking you will find yourself on the Knowledge Center page of the ILCA website. You may also access it by clicking HERE.
3. Access the Appropriate FREE Continuing Education Page
Once you are on ILCA's Knowledge Center page, scroll down towards the bottom where you will see two yellow buttons. Click on the button which corresponds to your membership type.
You will find yourself on the appropriate FREE Continuing Education Credits page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Take Me to My Free CERPs" button.
4. Purchase the FREE Continuing Education Credits in the ILCA Store.
Once you click on the "Take Me to My FREE CERPs" button, you will be brought to the appropriate category of FREE Continuing Education Units page within the ILCA Store.
Once you have chosen your desired webinar, study module, or conference session, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
This will add the webinar, study modules, or conference session to your cart. Your discount should be applied and the cost to you should be $0.00. If you are not signed into the ILCA website, you will not receive the discount. For instructions on how to sign-in to the website, click HERE.
Click on the button which says "Check Out" when you've selected all of the items you would like or click on the button which says "Continue Shopping" to continue browsing the store.
You will be brought to the page where you will have the opportunity to enter your billing and mailing information. When you complete the fields, click on "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
You will be brought to the Order Review page. If all of the information is correct, click on the button which says "Submit and Continue."
Once you click on "Submit and Continue," you should be taken to a Confirmation page.
5. Access Your Sessions in ILCA's Knowledge Center.
On your Confirmation Page, you will see a paragraph which gives further guidance for accessing your sessions in ILCA's Knowledge Center. Click on the purple text which reads "Click Here to LOGIN."
This will cause ILCA's Knowledge Center to launch on your computer.
Click on "My Courses" in the box on the left-hand side of the screen.
This will launch a window which shows you all of the sessions you have purchased in the ILCA Store. Click on the session you would like to view.
You will find yourself on a session overview page. After reading, click on "Next Step" in the bottom right corner of the page.
You are now on the page where you may view your session. If your session contains video, click on the "Play" button in the center of the video box.
6. Receiving Confirmation of Your Continuing Education Credit
After you have completed your session, click on the button which says "I Have Completed This Requirement."
You will be directed to a page where you can fill out an evaluation for the session. When you are done, click on the button which says "Submit."
You will receive an email which contains your certificate, affirming that you have completed the Continuing Education Unit. Please save this for your records.
