How to Receive Your Continuing Education Certificate
These instructions address receiving a copy of your Continuing Education Certificate after you have ALREADY COMPLETED the offering. You will not receive your certificate until you have both viewed the session AND completed the evaluation. This may be completed within the Knowledge Center. 1. Check Your Email
When you view a session in our Knowledge Center and complete the evaluation, you will automatically be emailed your certificate. Check your email for one with the subject line of "Your CERP Certificate" from ILCA Course Administrator (ILCA Knowledge Center). Check your spam folder if necessary.
2. Sign In to the ILCA Website
If you are unable to locate your certificate in your email, you will need to sign in to the ILCA website to access your certification.

3. Access the Knowledge Center Page on the ILCA Website
At the top of each webpage, there is a menu with small arrows pointing downward. Once you are signed in, click on the arrow beside the word "LEARNING."
When you click on the small arrow beside the word "LEARNING," you will see a box drop down with additional options. Click on the top selection which says "Knowledge Center."
After clicking you will find yourself on the Knowledge Center page of the ILCA website. You may also access it by clicking HERE.
4. Access the Knowledge Center Portal
Scroll of the bottom of the Knowledge Center page and click on the button which says "Access the Knowledge Center Portal."
This will cause ILCA's Knowledge Center to launch on your computer.
Click on "My Courses" in the box on the left-hand side of the screen.
This will launch a window which shows you all of the sessions you have purchased in the ILCA Store.
Locate the session for which you need the Continuing Education Certificate. Click on the small book icon in the bottom left corner.
This will open up the Gradebook window.
Click on the button which says "Resend Certificate".
You will receive an email which contains your certificate, affirming that you have completed the Continuing Education Unit. Please save this for your records.
