The Nominations Committee recruits candidates for vacancies on the ILCA Board of Directors and determines the most suitable candidates for the ballot that is presented to members annually. Nominations are requested from members globally and the members of the Nominations Committee are responsible for providing a slate of suitable nominees for each vacant board position.
