Shelf Life of Human donor Milk.
The recipients of this year's outstanding Project Poster are:
Laura N. Haiek, MD, MSc; Ghislaine Reid, IBCLC, BA; Dany
Gauthier, IBCLC; and Lydia Rocheleau, Dtp, MSc. The title of
their work is The Regional Lactation Consultant: Roles and
Responsibilities.

was, Factors Influencing Infant Feeding Practices At An Inner
City Hospital in Toronto.
The recipients of this year's outstanding Project Poster were:
Chris Auer, BSN, IBCLC and Krista Tyra, BSN, IBCLC. The title
of their work was, Methods And Impact Of Accessing Grant Money
For Lactation Support: Breaking the Barriers In An NICU.

2004 Outstanding Posters
The award for 'Most Outstanding Research Poster' went to Laura
Beth Chamberlain, BA, of the Breastfeeding Center, Boston
Medical Center, Boston, MA, USA. The title was: The Effect of
NICU-based Peer Counselors on Breastfeeding Duration among
Premature Infants.
The project poster award went to Marcy J. McMahon, RN, IBCLC,
also of Boston Medical Center. The title was: Pumps for
Peanuts: A Hospital-Based Initiative to Provide Breast Pumps
for Urban Women.
