This is a general scholarship fund to assist with an individual ILCA member attending the annual ILCA conference. The scholarship has provided opportunities for ILCA members from developing countries and others with hardship needs to attend the annual ILCA conference. In doing so, they are able to share their experience and knowledge gained with their colleagues, thus providing educational opportunities and support for breastfeeding in their own local areas.
ILCA would like to be able to offer several scholarships for the San Diego 2007 ILCA conference. However, as this fund depends on donations to continue, donations are needed now.
